Yes, we can support multiple brands using different Whatsapp numbers. You can also set operators to serve multiple brands at the same time.
1. Show the group setting in live chat interface (Tony is under both support and group B. Ken is under support group)
2. Message to Brand 1 WhatsApp no +852 66364173 which route to the support group
3. Both Tony and Ken operators can see the chat as they are in support group
4. Tony take the chat and greet to user, the chat is now in progress in the dashboard
5. Message to Brand 2 WhatsApp no +86 15546859483 which route to Group B
6. Tony see a new waiting chat in the dashboard but Ken cannot see it because Tony is under Group B which Ken is not
7. Tony take the 2nd chat and greet to user, now Tony is having 2 conversations with different groups at the same time
