What are item variants in a catalog
Variants are variations of the same items in your catalog.
For example: You might sell a T-Shirt in multiple colors (red & blue) and say in different sizes (small & large).
Now this T-shirt would have four variants: red small, red large, blue small and blue large.
And the T-shirt item will be displayed in WhatsApp as shown in the image below when the Set catalog message is clicked.
Point to Note:
1. It is not mandatory to add variants to items, if you add variants to items then the item will be displayed in Whatsapp as shown in the image above
