WATI Web Enhancement

  • Allow updating the current company logo on the top left corner. Admin user can access: Settings --> General -->Backend Logo
  • Allow sending templates within the chat. The templates that will be used are created from Broadcast --> Template Messages:
  • If the conversation is not closed/expired, there will have a button "Send template" when the user moves the mouse to the "Send message" button
  • If the conversation is closed/expired, there will have a button "Send template" in the Reply area.
  • A new feature on "Mark spam and block" allows the agent to mark spam the conversation of a specific contact, and not receiving further messages from the contact.
    • Once a conversation is marked as 'Spam', it would never come up in default view. However, in the Chat filters, we will be able to see a filter 'Blocked Chats'. From 'Blocked Chats', a number can be unlocked using Chat action - "Unblock"
  • Add "Resend confirmation email link" when the user registered WATI but doesn't confirm the email and the token expired. If the user try to login WATI, the link will be displayed on the login screen
  • Allow creating rich template message which contains:
    • Header: can be text or media (image, video, document), can contain 1 variable
    • Body: Text area, can contain many variables
    • Footer: Text
    • Button optional: Can be "Call to action" (visit website, call phone) or "Quick reply"
  • Put sample contact import excel file in the Contact import button, so that the user can download and amend accordingly.
  • New setting to allow auto-reply message sending to customers when no keyword rule matches and the company is in Office Hours. The setting can be found in Automation --> Default Action --> "Send the following fallback message if no keyword search criteria is met"
