What and how to access Flow Builder?

Advanced Flow Builder features are an add-on to the regular plan and are charged separately

1. Introduction:

This feature allows us to create a no-code chatbot and can reply to customer queries in pre-defined flows.

The difference between this feature and Automation-Reply material is that: "Automation-Reply material" can only reply to a single query, while "Flow Builder" can reply to customer's further queries base on flow setup.

2. How to access Flow Builder?

Flow Builder can be accessed from the Automation Page and navigating to flows in there.
