How to get Contact Attributes from WATI into Zoho CRM Leads/Contacts?

Our native plugin doesn't support updating Contact Attributes from WATI into Zoho CRM Leads/Contacts.

However, if you wish to do this, it can be done using No-Code tools such as Zapier, Pabbly Connect, or Zoho Flow.

Below are the steps to do this using Zoho Flow -

  1. On Zoho Flow, under "My Flows" click on the "Create Flow" button in the top-right corner
  1. Input the Flow Name and click "Create"
  2. On the next page, click on the "Configure" button near Webhook
  3. Copy the Webhook URL and click "Next"
  4. On the next page, click on "Test"
  5. On your WATI Account, navigate to the "Webhooks" page
  6. Proceed to "Add Webhook"
  7. Paste the webhook URL copied from Zoho Flow, choose status as "Enabled" and under "Events" choose "New Contact Message". Then click "Save"
  8. Now, to test this, send a message as a new Contact to your WATI number. When you do this, a trigger is received on Zoho Flow
  9. Click next on Zoho Flow, and for Actions select "Zoho CRM" --> "Create or Update Contact" and drag it on the flow
  10. Configure the field mapping for "Create or Update Contact"
  11. Test the flow and turn it on
