  1. Team Inbox: Show a tool-tip message for chat expiry timer

WATI Bug fixed

  • Fix issue: When selecting template in team inbox, there are duplicate headers for some templates, the textbox is also disappeared for the custom variables
  • Fix issue: if the conversation is blocked, admin roles (External, Internal, Partner Administrator) still receive notifications from blocked chat. Expected they will not receive notification for blocked conversation.
  • Fix issue: a chat automatically scroll down to the latest message when there is incoming message from other chats
  • Fix issue: Woocomerce Abandoned Cart is sending Multiple Messages.

We expected that: Abandoned cart messages should only be sent to the end customer once; based on how the customer has set their abandoned cart follow up message (e.g after 15 minutes);

Abandoned cart message should not be sent out if the customer has bought the items in the abandoned cart

  • Fix issue: Country code is missing in some webhooks events
  • Fix issue: Cloud API - "About" field cannot be saved in Business Profile
  • Fix issue: Advanced option with Date/ DateTime/ Time validation is not working in question node flow
