When the user using WATI to integrate with Shopify, there is a list of fixed variables that WATI can get from Shopify that can support the user. They are:

- tracking_number

These variables can be used directly, the information is taking from Shopify order. Users can just use these variables when: creating the template, sending a quick reply. The attribute "product_image_url" should only be used in creating Abandoned Cart & Cash on Delivery template messages for the Shopify App.
