Once you have enabled the Whatsapp catalog for your WATI number
- Select the “Automation” option from the top menu of your WATI environment
- Select the option “Chatbots” from the left menu
- Next click the “Add Chatbot” button to create a new chatbot
- Once directed to the Chatbot builder. You will find the option “Catalog” on the left menu with two nodes; a) Sets b) Products
- If you would like to send Sets as the Catalog message, you can select the node “Sets” and choose the Set which you would want to send as the Catalog message in the chatbot
- If you would like to send individual products from your Catalogs as Catalog messages, then select the node “products” and once double click on the node; you will be shown the list of products in your Catalog and can choose the product item which you need to send as message.
