Sometimes you might want to export template messages from one environment for backup purposes or for migration purposes, we provide you "Export Template Message" and "Import Template Message" buttons.
1. To export the template messages, the user needs to:
- Access "Broadcast" --> "Template Messages
- There will have the "Export Template Message" button
- Click to the button, the templates are export into .json format as below:
2. To import the template messages, the user needs to:
- Access "Broadcast" --> "Template Messages
- There will have the "Import Template Message" button
- Click on the button, select the import .json file from the local machine, and there you go.
Note: for those imported template messages, it will ALL be in DRAFT status, and the user needs to manually click to submit one by one for FB to approve.
