WATI Web Enhancement

  • Allow using operator name in 'Saved Replies' by parameter {{operator.first_name}}
  • Update the rule to calculate the remaining message in the broadcast: to count only unique Contacts to which we send templates
  • Update the rule to reset the number of limit message: It will be refreshed 24 hours after the messages limit were reached
  • New integration in Zapier: WATI app. For details, you can check here.
  • Allow export and import template message
  • Allow downloading each chat conversation
  • Add more options under 'Set A Condition' on the Flow Builder. Currently, it has Equal to, Not equal to, Contain and now we added: Does not contain, Starts with, Does not start with.

  • Advance flow builder has a new node type: Template
  • New advance feature: Sequence, which allows the user to schedule sending time for each message follow the sequence

Mobile App

  • Support adding Image/Video/Doc in the quick reply
  • Fix the issue: The unread message bubble does not go away even after reading the message
