WATI Embedded Team Inbox in Zoho

Zoho CRM Integration with WATI can be done with any version of Zoho CRM, but to use WATI embedded Team Inbox feature, you need the Zoho Professional Plan or higher

In this guide, we will talk about how you can work with WATI embedded Team Inbox in Zoho CRM using our "WhatsApp Business for Zoho CRM" extension

Embedded Team Inbox

  1. After installing "WhatsApp Business for Zoho CRM" extension, on "Settings", please add the API Endpoint URL and Bearer Token and click "Save"
  2. Go to Lead details or Contact details page, check that Contact/Lead has Phone and click on "WhatsApp Chat" button.
  3. Now you can freely interact with Embedded Team Inbox just like you do in the WATI app: send a message, flows, templates, emojis, attach media, use quick replies and so on.
Embedded Team Inbox doesn't allow you change chat's status, assign team/operator, block chat, delete chat, download full chat, add chat to favorites
