Once you have enabled the Whatsapp catalog feature for your WATI number
- Select “Automation” option from the top menu of your WATI environment
- Next, select the option “Keyword Action” from the left menu
- Then, select the “Add Keyword Action” button to add your keyword which will trigger the Catalog message
- Next, click the “Add Keyword” button, enter in your keyword and click next
- Select the option “Catalog” as shown in the image below, choose the Set which you would like to send as a Catalog message and then click save
