Extra Custom Parameters available for Wati Shopify App Customers

Are you a WATI Shopify app customer who has subscribed to the WATI Pro or Business pricing plan, If yes then you get access to these extra custom parameters (attributes) listed below

The order id of the latest order placed will be shown

2.

order_no

The order no of the latest order placed will be shown

3.

cart_recovered

If the latest sent abandoned cart message is recovered the value shown will be yes or if not recovered it will show no

4.

order_date

The date of the latest order made will be shown

5.

amount_spent

The value will display the total amount spent by customer

6.

number_of_orders

The value will display the total number of orders made by the customer

7.

average_order_value

The value will display the average order value of the customer.

8.

tracking_url

The shipment tracking url of the latest order will be shown

9.

abandoned_checkout_date

The value will display date of the latest abandoned cart message sent

Get to view these extra custom parameters in team inbox section itself

Points to Note

1. The following attributes will be shown only if the WATI Shopify app is integrated to the WATI environment and subscribed to the WATI Pro or Business pricing plan.

2. The value of cart_recovered & abandoned_checkout_date will be shown only if the abandoned cart recovery automated message is enabled as well as the value of order_no, order_date, order_id will be shown once the order confirmation automated message has been enabled in the WATI Shopify app

3. These extra customer parameter value will not be avaialble for WATI customers who have subscribed to the old Standard & Professional pricing Plans.
