WATI Web Enhancement

  • New filter in Top operators by duration report in Dashboard: for Agent Performance :
    • First Response Time: counting from the time the user picked up the chat first
    • Average Response Time on Dashboard: counting the time taken by the agent to move a chat to solved status
  • Remove the validation that the parameter should be mandatory in the Template Message screen
  • Allow users to edit the Rejected templates and resubmit again.
  • Allow the "Copy" button for all types of templates
  • Allow starting a new conversation without saving a contact from 'Team Inbox'
