Monthly Chatbot Sessions
Number of times a chatbot (or flows) can be triggered in a given billing month. Each new chatbot trigger is counted as one chatbot session.

Chatbot Add-On
If you need more Chatbots than what is available in your plan, you can buy an add-on.
The Add-On fee is:
- $100/month add-on for upto 100 chatbots in Growth/Pro/Business
Keyword Actions Add-On
If you need more Keyword Actions than what is available in your plan, you can buy an add-on.
The Add-On fee is:
- $100/month add-on for upto 100 keyword actions in Growth/Pro/Business
AI KnowBot Responses Add-On (coming soon)
If you need more KnowBot responses than what is available in your plan, you can buy an add-on.
The Add-On fee is:
- $30/month add-on for 1000 responses in Pro/Business
Annual Plan
Wati provides discount if you subscribe to an annual plan. If you decide to switch to an annual plan, the entire amount has to be paid upfront. Upon cancellation of the account in the middle of the plan duration, no amount is refunded.
Wati Conversation Fee
Apart from the subscription fee, there are additional fees charged for conversation usage based on the conversation category. On each account, you get 1,000 free service conversations (or, user-initiated conversations).

Custom Domain
Custom domain allows you to have your Wati Account URL in this format - yourbrandname.wati.io instead of live-xxxx.wati.io
To request for a custom domain, please drop an email to our support team on support@wati.io
This is included in the Business Plan at no cost.
If you're on the Growth or Pro Plan, you are charged a one-time fee of $50 to enable custom domain.
Twilio for SMS Fallback
On the Business Plan, you can use SMS Fallback option with your Twilio account. If you'd like to integrate your Twilio account with Wati for SMS Fallback, please reach out to our support team on support@wati.io
