How to download chats from WATI?

There is an interesting feature that allows the user to download chat transcripts.

If the user is an Administrator, he/she can download chat transcripts for each contact by:

  1. Go to the Team Inbox screen, click into detail of a ticket
  2. Click the [...] icon at the right side of the "Submit as" button and select "Download Chat"
  1. The chat will be downloaded in .txt format and with clear content. Below is an example:
