How to download chats from WATI?

There is an interesting feature that allows the user to download chat transcripts in .txt format.

If the user is an Administrator, he can download chat transcripts for each contact by:

  1. Go to the Team Inbox screen, and open the conversation that you want to download.
  2. Click the ⋮ icon at the panel above the conversation and select "Download Chat"
  1. The chat will be downloaded in .txt format and with clear content. Below is an example:
