Follow these steps to integrate Wati with AiTrillion to engage with customers via WhatsApp:

Step 1: In your AiTrillion dashboard, go to Workflow AutomationWhatsAppProviders, and select Wati as your WhatsApp provider.

Step 2: Log in to your Wati account and copy your Client ID and API Endpoint

  • You will find your Client ID in the URL (please refer to the screenshot below).

  • For API Endpoint, go to More and click on API Docs. You should find your API Endpoint.

Step 3: Go back to AiTrillion, paste the API key, click Add Provider, and make sure to enable the Status toggle under WhatsApp Providers.

That’s it! Your Wati account is now connected to AiTrillion. You’re all set to create WhatsApp message templates and start sending messages to your customers directly from the platform.
