    Name the Quick Response – Enter a title to identify your quick reply.
    Enter Your Quick Response – Type the message you want to save as a quick reply.
    Add Media (Optional) – Attach an image, video, or document if needed.

  • You can personalize the quick reply by adding variables such as:
