Instructions
Follow these steps to delete a contact attribute across all contacts.
Step 1: Open Settings
Log in to your Wati account.
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Step 2: Go to Tags and Attributes
In the left panel, click Tags and Attributes.
You will see a list of all your tags and contact attributes.
This page shows every attribute currently available in your workspace.
Step 3: Delete the contact attribute
Find the contact attribute you want to remove.
Click the Delete icon next to it.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once deleted, the attribute is removed from all contacts at the same time.
Step 4: Verify the deletion
Go back to Contacts.
Open any contact that previously used the attribute.
Confirm that the attribute no longer appears.

Deleting a contact attribute removes it permanently
