How to view Campaign Analytics in Wati

To access your campaign analytics, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Campaign" tab in the top navigation menu.

  2. Select "Campaign Overview".

  3. Click on "View insights" to view detailed statistics of a campaign.

Understanding your campaign statistics

Once you've accessed your campaign analytics, you'll see a range of statistics displayed, including:

  • Response breakdown: showing how many users responded, replied, or ignored your campaigns

  • Retargeting features: allowing you to retarget based on response, reply, or other actions

  • Export options: enabling you to export your campaign statistics to a CSV file

Retargeting helps you reach customers based on how they interact with your messages. With this feature, you can send follow-ups to those who read, ignored or responded in a specific way. Growth Plan Options

  • Read – Customers who have opened your message.

Pro & Business Plan Options

In addition to the Read option, Pro and Business plans allow retargeting based on:

  • Replied – Customers who responded to your message.

  • Ignored – The message was delivered but the customer has not opened or read it.

  • Read only (didn’t reply): The customer opened and read your message but did not send a response.

  • Replied with a specific quick reply – Customers who selected a predefined quick reply option.

  • Clicked on a specific link – Customers who clicked a particular link in your message.

  • Clicked on anything – Customers who clicked any link in your message.

How to use Campaign Retargeting

  1. Navigate to the Retargeting section under Campaign Analytics.

  2. Choose the type of response-based retargeting you want to apply.

  3. Set up your follow-up message and select your audience.

  4. Schedule or send your campaign.
