Exporting Template Messages

Go to Campaign > Template Messages in your Wati dashboard.
Click the Export button.
The template messages will be downloaded in
.jsonformat. Once downloaded, you can store this file safely for future use or transfer it to another system.
Importing Template Messages
To import template messages into your Wati account:
Go to Campaign > Template Messages in your Wati dashboard.
Click the Import button.
Select the
.jsonfile from your local device.Once uploaded, the imported templates will appear in your list.

Imported template status
Imported template messages are set to Draft status by default.
You must manually submit each template for Facebook approval before it can be used.
WhatsApp Manager (WM) template limitations
Templates created in WhatsApp Manager (WM) cannot be imported directly into a Wati account.
To use those templates in Wati, you must recreate and submit them from within the Wati account.
Recreated templates must use a new template name.
Supported import types
The import feature only supports importing templates from one Wati account to another Wati account.
