Exporting Template Messages

  1. Go to Campaign > Template Messages in your Wati dashboard.

  2. Click the Export button.

  3. The template messages will be downloaded in .json format. Once downloaded, you can store this file safely for future use or transfer it to another system.

To import template messages into your Wati account:

  1. Go to Campaign > Template Messages in your Wati dashboard.

  2. Click the Import button.

  3. Select the .json file from your local device.

  4. Once uploaded, the imported templates will appear in your list.

Important Notes:

  • Imported template messages will be in "Draft" status by default.

  • You must manually submit each template for Facebook approval before you can use them.
