Follow these steps to generate a HAR file in Google Chrome:
Open Google Chrome and navigate to your Wati Team Inbox.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
Select More tools → Developer tools.
In the Developer Tools panel, select the Network tab.
Make sure the Record button (🔴) is red. If it's gray, click it to start recording.
Select the Preserve log checkbox.
Click the Clear button to remove any existing network logs.
Refresh the page and reproduce the issue you're experiencing.
Once you've reproduced the issue, click Export HAR and save the file to your computer.
Send the HAR file to the Wati Support team through the Help Widget in your Team Inbox, along with a description of the issue.
Generate a HAR file in Safari (Mac)
Before generating a HAR file, make sure the Develop menu is enabled in Safari. If it isn't, follow Apple's instructions to enable Developer Tools.
Then:
Open Safari and navigate to your Wati Team Inbox.
