Instructions
View users
To view users in your Wati account:
Go to the Settings > User Management screen.
Review the list of users displayed.
By default, Wati displays 5 users per page. To view more users:
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Use the records-per-page dropdown menu.
Select the number of users you want to display.
Search for users
The search box at the top of the Users tab allows you to quickly find users based on their profile information.
You can search using:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
User role
Example searches
You can search for:
All users with the role OPERATOR
Users whose profile information contains the text "jit"
To search for a user:
Enter your search term in the search box.
Press Enter.
The user list will update to display matching results.
Delete users
You can remove a single user or delete multiple users at the same time.
Delete a single user
To remove an individual user:
Go to the User Management screen.
Under Users page, locate the user you want to delete.
Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the user's row.
Select Remove User.
Delete multiple users
To remove multiple users at once:
Search for the users you want to delete.
Example: Search for all users with the role OPERATOR.
Select the checkbox in the top-left corner of the user list to select the displayed users.
Click the Delete icon at the top of the list.
