How to Log Out a User

To log out a user from their active session, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your WATI Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to User Management.

  3. Choose the operator you want to log out and click on the three dots corresponding to their name.

  4. Select Logout from active sessions from the dropdown menu.

  5. Click on it, and the user will be logged out. You will see a green toast notification at the top confirming the action..
