How to Purchase Add-On Users
You can buy add-on users directly from your Wati account.
Log in to your Wati account.
Click More → Account Details.
In the left navigation panel, select Your Plan.
Locate the Add-On Users section.
Click Change User Add-On.
Use the slider to select the number of additional users you need.
Click Buy Now to complete the purchase.
The billing cycle for add-on users will match your base plan. For example, if you are on an Annual Plan, your add-on users will be billed annually.
Important Notes
Billing Frequency: Add-on users follow the same billing cycle as your base plan (monthly or annual).
Downgrading Users or Chatbot Sessions: If you reduce chatbot sessions or remove users, the downgrade will take effect in the next billing cycle.
