Creating and Managing Template Messages
1. Creating a New Template Message
Navigate to the Template Messages page.
Click the New Template Message to open the "Create Template" pop-up.
Fill in the required fields and save your progress or submit the template for approval.
2. Available Actions on Template Messages
2.1 Editing a Template
If you create a template but haven't finished it yet, you can click Save as Draft.
The template will be saved with the Draft status.
Click the Edit button later to resume editing.
2.2 Submitting a Template for Approval
Once you complete the template, click Save as Draft, then return to the template list and click Submit.
Note:
If using a trial account, the template will have a status of Pending Internal and requires admin approval.
After admin approval, it changes to Pending and is sent to Facebook for review.
If using a non-trial account, the template is directly marked as Pending and sent for Facebook approval.

Click Copy Template to duplicate an existing template.
Enter a new template name and modify the content if needed.
The copied template follows the same submission and approval process as a new template.

Click Delete to remove a template.
