Step 1: Open the catalog setup in your Wati Shopify app

  • In your Wati Shopify app, select Catalog Setup from the left menu.

  • Create a catalog by syncing your Shopify store.

Step 2: Connect your WhatsApp and catalog to Wati

Once your catalog is created:

  • Complete these steps:

    • Connect to WhatsApp

    • Assign partner access

    • Connect the catalog to Wati

Step 3: Enable WhatsApp Pay checkout

  • From the left menu, select Checkout.

  • Choose WhatsApp Pay.

  • Toggle the switch to enable WhatsApp Pay as shown in the screenshot.

Once you've toggled the switch to enable, connect your payment gateway.

  • Click Go to Integrations.

  • Follow the steps in this video tutorial:

  • Once connected, return to the Checkout page by clicking Click here button.

  • Save your changes.

Note: Before saving the changes, make sure you choose the payment gateway name you just created under Accept Payment Via.
