How to enable typing indicator
Log into your Wati account.
Click on the profile icon and go to Settings in your Wati dashboard.
Navigate to Team Inbox.
Open General Settings.
Enable the option Show typing indicator to customers.
Once enabled, customers will see a typing indicator whenever a response is being prepared.

When the typing indicator is shown

When a chat is assigned to an operator and the operator starts typing a response
