These triggers are available for Shopify stores connected to Wati through Automation Rules.

Before using these triggers, make sure the required setup is complete:

  • Page Viewed and Product Viewed require the Wati App Embed to be enabled in your Shopify store because browsing events are collected through the app embed.

  • Customer Created is available automatically after Shopify customer synchronization is enabled.
