A. Business Manager Account Creation Errors

"An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later."

Cause: This is a general error that may require further assistance. Business account creation might have failed due to various reasons.

Solution: Try using an active Facebook account or contact Support for assistance.

"You have reached the limit for the number of Businesses you can create at this time."

Cause: Facebook limits the number of Business Accounts a user can create. Solution: Use an existing Business Account or delete/close unused ones before creating a new one.

“Your Facebook account is too new to create a business account. Try again in an hour."

Cause: New Facebook accounts must wait before creating a Business Manager account.

Solution: Use an existing active Facebook account or wait a few hours before trying again.

"We limit how often you can post, comment, or do other things in a given amount of time to protect the community from spam."

Cause: Facebook flagged your account due to suspicious behavior.

Solution: Use an existing, active Facebook account with no prior issues.

"You're no longer allowed to use Facebook Products to advertise."

Cause: You are restricted from creating new Business Manager accounts due to previous suspicious behavior.

Solution: Use an active Facebook account with no past issues.

"Your payment account is disabled."

Cause: Your payment account was disabled due to suspicious activity.

Solution: Contact Facebook Support for assistance.

"A user can only create one business user at one time."

Cause: Users are limited to creating one Business Account within a certain period.

Solution: Use an existing Business Account to proceed.

"The name you chose for your business isn’t valid. Consider using a different name."

Cause: The business name does not comply with Facebook’s naming policies.

Solution: Ensure your business name follows Facebook's naming policies.

B. WhatsApp Business Account Creation Errors

"User does not have permission to create WhatsApp Business Accounts."

Cause: You do not have Admin access to the Business Account.

Solution: Obtain Admin access or select an account where you have Admin permissions.

"You can only create a limited number of WhatsApp Business Accounts before verification."

Cause: Business verification is required to create additional WhatsApp Business Accounts.

Cause: The phone number is already in use on WhatsApp Messenger, Business App, or API.

Solution: Deregister the number before reusing it or use a different number.

Cause: The business display name does not meet WhatsApp’s naming guidelines.

Solution: Refer to WhatsApp's Display Name guidelines and update the name accordingly.

D. Phone Verification Errors

Cause: The phone number has already been successfully verified, but the system status has not refreshed yet.

Solution: Refresh the page to reflect the updated status.

"Your phone number doesn't appear to be valid."

Cause: The number entered is incorrect or unsupported.

Solution: Ensure the number is operational and provided by a supported telecom provider.

"You have guessed too many times."

Cause: Too many incorrect verification attempts.

Solution: Wait 12 hours before trying again.

"There was an error verifying this phone number."

Cause: The verification request may have failed due to temporary network issues, system delays, or a timeout during the verification process.

Solution: Retry later.

"You have requested your code too many times."

Cause: Multiple requests for a verification code within a short time frame.

Solution: Wait for the specified time before requesting a new code.
