Instructions

How Wati’s subscription model works

Wati uses a subscription-based billing model. This means your payment is automatically charged based on the billing cycle you selected when you subscribed.

You can choose between:

Monthly subscription

  • You are charged once every month.

  • The charge happens automatically on your assigned billing date.

  • Your access continues without interruption as long as the payment is successful.

Yearly subscription

  • You are charged once per year for the full 12-month period.

  • The payment is automatically processed on your renewal date.

  • This ensures uninterrupted access to Wati for the entire subscription year.

What happens to your billing date after reactivation?

If you cancel your Wati subscription and later decide to reactivate it, your billing date will change.

Your new billing cycle will be based on the reactivation date - not your original billing date.

Example:

Here’s a simple example to make this clear:

  • Your original billing date was the 1st of every month.

  • You canceled your subscription on the 30th.

  • You reactivated your account on the 25th of the following month.

After reactivation:

  • Your new billing date becomes the 25th of every month.

  • Future charges will be processed on the 25th moving forward.

In short, when you reactivate, your billing cycle resets to the new activation date.

How to check your billing date

You can easily check your next billing date inside your Wati account. Follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Wati account.

  • Go to SettingsAccount Details.

  • Under Billing Information, click Billing Details.

  • In the Payment Method section, look for Renews on.

    • The date shown here is your next billing date.

Example of billing date display

If your billing date is the 11th of every month, it will be displayed in the Billing Details section accordingly.

Keep in mind that your billing date depends on:

  • When you first subscribed, or

  • When you reactivated your account (if previously canceled)
