Who can access the billing portal?
Only admins and billing managers can access the Billing Portal. If you are an admin but do not see the Billing option in your account, contact our support team for assistance.
How to access your billing details
Follow these steps to view or manage your billing details.
1. Log in to your Wati account
Make sure you have an admin or billing manager access.
If you do not have the required permissions, you will not see the billing options.
2. Go to account details.
Go to Settings and select Account Details from the dropdown list.
3. Open billing details
You will see Billing Details available under Billing Information.
Click on Billing Details.
You will now see your subscription and billing information.
How to update payment method
If you need to change your billing details:
Go to Billing Details.
Click on Manage payment method.
Update the required information.
Save your changes.
Make sure your billing information is accurate to avoid payment issues.
Note:
Under Account Information, you can view your account information such as name, company name, and more.
If you would like to update your registered email address or primary account details that appear on the invoices, please contact our billing team for assistance.
How to view billing history
To see your previous transactions and invoices:
Go to Billing Details and click on Manage payment method.
Click on the Billing History section to view your billing history
You will see a list of past payments and invoices.
How to download your Wati invoices
To download a copy of an invoice:
Go to the Billing History section.
Find the invoice you want.
Click Download.
The invoice will be saved to your device. If you need older invoices:
Scroll down to view additional records.
