You can check your current subscription details from the Account Details section.
Log in to your Wati account.
Go to Settings → Account Details
Under Billing Information, click Billing Details.
Go to Your Plan.
In Your Plan, you can view:
Your active subscription plan.
Your subscription billing cycle.
Your monthly payment amount.
Understand your billing cycle
The amount shown under Your Plan is typically your monthly cost. However, the amount you actually pay depends on your billing cycle.
Monthly billing
If your billing cycle is monthly, you are charged the amount shown under Your Plan every month.
Quarterly billing
If your billing cycle is quarterly, you are charged for 3 months at a time.
For example, if your plan costs $229/month:
Monthly billing: You pay $229 each month.
Quarterly billing: You pay $687 every 3 months.
The quarterly amount is calculated as $229 × 3 months = $687.
Yearly billing
If your billing cycle is yearly, the displayed amount represents the monthly cost of your plan, but you pay for the entire year upfront.
For example, if your plan costs $229/month:
Monthly billing: You pay $229 each month.
Yearly billing: You pay $2,748 upfront for the full year.
The yearly amount is calculated as $229 × 12 months = $2,748.
