WATI Pricing Instructions

WATI's pricing is designed to be flexible, allowing you to choose a plan that fits your needs. It consists of three main components:

  1. Subscription Fee - The base cost of your selected plan.

  2. Messaging Fee - Charges based on messages sent to different countries.

  3. Add-Ons - Optional features to enhance functionality.

1. Subscription Fee (Monthly/Yearly)

The subscription fee is a recurring cost based on the plan you choose. WATI offers the following subscription plans:

  • Growth Plan

  • Pro Plan

  • Business Plan

For a detailed breakdown of pricing and features, visit the WATI Pricing Page.

2. Messaging Fee

Messaging fees are based on the country to which you send messages and are calculated using WhatsApp’s new Message-Based Pricing model.

Pricing update: Moving from conversation-based to message-based pricing

Old pricing model: Conversation-based pricing

Until June 30, 2025, Wati used a Conversation-Based Pricing model. In this model, you pay for each conversation you have with your customer, in addition to your monthly subscription fee.

Here’s what that means for you today:

  • Free service conversations: All Service Conversations are free. Service Conversations are conversations initiated by your business (for example, to send updates or notifications).

New pricing model: Message-based pricing (effective July 1, 2025)

Starting July 1, 2025, Meta will switch from Conversation-Based Pricing to Message-Based Pricing. This means you will be billed based on the number of messages you send, rather than per conversation.

Note:

  • Service messages remain free in the newly introduced message-based pricing.

  • If you're on Wati's legacy plans (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise), the first 1,000 service messages each month are free. After that, additional messages will be charged.

3. Add-Ons (Optional Enhancements)

If you need additional features, WATI offers various add-ons that you can enable for an extra cost:

  • Chatbot Add-On - To add more chatbot sessions.

  • Keyword Add-On - To enable keyword-based automation.

  • AI KnowBot Add-On - To enable AI-powered chatbot for smarter responses.

  • Team Add-On - To expand the number of team members in your WATI account.

  • User Add-On - To increase the number of users in your WATI account.

  • Custom Domain - To use your domain for branding.

  • Dedicated Hosting - Get a private server for enhanced performance and security.
