Tip: You can segment and filter CTWA contacts by selecting the CTWA filter in the Team Inbox. This makes it easier to view and manage customers who interacted with your ads.
Track CTWA contact attributes
When a customer interacts with your Click-to-WhatsApp ad, Wati automatically records certain attributes for that contact. These attributes help you identify which specific ad triggered the conversation.
The following contact attributes are created automatically:
source_id— Contains the Ad ID of the Click-to-WhatsApp ad.source_url— Contains the Ad URL associated with the ad.
