WATI Pricing Plans

WATI offers three main pricing plans to suit different business needs:

  • Growth

  • Pro

  • Business

Each plan includes a specific number of free monthly chatbot sessions. A chatbot session is an interaction between your chatbot and a user. Once those free sessions are used, additional sessions are charged based on your plan.

For detailed information about each plan, including the number of free chatbot sessions and other features, please visit our WATI Pricing Plans page.

Pricing update: Moving from conversation-based to message-based pricing

Old pricing model: Conversation-based pricing

Until June 30, 2025, Wati uses a Conversation-Based Pricing model. In this model, you pay for each conversation you have with your customer, in addition to your monthly subscription fee.

Here’s what that means for you today:

  • Free service conversations: All Service Conversations are free. Service Conversations are conversations initiated by your business (for example, to send updates or notifications).

New pricing model: Message-based pricing (effective July 1, 2025)

Effective July 1, 2025, Meta switched from Conversation-Based Pricing to Message-Based Pricing. This means you are billed based on the number of messages you send, rather than per conversation.

Note:

  • Service messages remain free in the newly introduced message-based pricing.

  • If you're on Wati's legacy plans (Standard, Professional, or Enterprise), the first 1,000 service messages each month are free. After that, additional messages will be charged.

For more details on what’s changing and how it might impact your costs, please check out our Message-Based Pricing guide.

Pre-Paid Account Model

Your WATI account works like a pre-paid phone. You need to add credits to your account before you can send messages that aren't covered by the free allowances. Think of it like topping up your phone with credit before making calls.
