Follow these steps to connect your Facebook Messenger account to Wati.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
Access to your Wati account.
Admin access to the Facebook Page you want to connect.
Completed any prerequisites shown during the connection process.
Connect Facebook Messenger
Step 1: Open the Messenger channel settings
Log in to your Wati account.
Go to Settings > Channels > Messenger.
Step 2: Start the connection process
Click Get Started.
Review the prerequisites checklist.
Confirm that each prerequisite has been completed by selecting Yes.
Step 3: Sign in to Facebook
Click Connect Messenger.
Sign in using the Facebook account that has Admin access to the Facebook Page you want to connect.
Step 4: Select your Facebook Page
Choose the Facebook Page you want to connect to Wati.
Select only one Facebook Page to continue.
Step 5: Grant permissions
Review the permissions requested by Wati.
Click Save to grant access and continue.
Complete the setup
After the connection process is complete, a success message will appear in Wati.
