Instructions
You can export your chat history from Wati and download it as a .zip file containing individual .txt files for each contact.
Note: The WhatsApp Chat Backup Chrome Plugin was deprecated on May 20, 2024. Importing or backing up WhatsApp chats using the plugin is no longer supported.

Export your chats
Follow these steps to export your chat history:
Log in to your Wati account.
Click on your profile picture on the top right corner.
Navigate to Settings → Import/Export Chats.
Click Start Export.
Wait for the export process to complete.
Once the export is ready, you'll receive an email with the download link.
Alternatively, you can also return to Settings → Import/Export Chats and click Download to download the chats.
