The Wati 7-day free trial lets you explore the platform before choosing a paid plan. During the trial, you can test messaging, campaigns, automation, analytics, integrations, and most API features using your own WhatsApp number. Some features, such as user management, webhooks, and certain settings, are only available on paid plans.

Team Inbox

You can use the Team Inbox to:

Campaigns

During the trial, you can:

  • Create and send campaigns to your own number

  • Schedule campaigns to your own number

  • View campaign performance using the overview dashboard

  • Create and edit WhatsApp message templates

Note: You cannot submit message templates for approval during the trial.

Automation

You can explore Wati's automation capabilities by:

  • Testing keyword actions

  • Building chatbots from scratch

  • Using pre-built chatbot templates

Note: Automation workflows cannot be saved during the trial.

Dashboard

You can explore Wati's reporting and analytics dashboard to understand how campaign and messaging performance is displayed.

Integrations

The following integrations are available during the trial:

  • Shopify – Access the trial-specific integration guide.

  • WooCommerce – Use the Live Chat widget, automated messages, and analytics.

  • Zoho – Fully available during the trial.

3. Can I use the free trial to message real customers?

Trial messaging is limited to your own number. To reach real customers, you’ll need to move to a paid plan.

4. Are all integrations available in the trial?

Most integrations like Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho, and Google Spreadsheets are fully available. HubSpot integration is only available on paid plans.

5. Can I save chatbots or automation created during the trial?

No, you can experiment with them, but saving is only available once you upgrade to a paid plan.
