Instructions
Follow these steps to send your RCS broadcasts.
Sending an immediate broadcast
Step 1: Navigate to Broadcast Analytics
From the main dashboard, go to the Broadcast tab and click Broadcast Analytics.
Step 2: Create a new broadcast
Click the + New Broadcast button.
Step 3: Select channel and template
Choose RCS as the communication channel.
Add a name to the broadcast.
Select the RCS template you want to use for your campaign.
Step 4: Choose your audience
Select the contacts you want to send the message to from your contact list.

Step 5: Send the broadcast
Under When do you want to send it?, select Send now, then click Publish broadcast.
Your message will be sent immediately.
Scheduling a broadcast
Step 1: Follow Steps 1–4 from the previous section on how to send a broadcast.
Step 2: Schedule for a specific time
Under When do you want to send it?, select Schedule for a specific time.
Step 3: Set date and time
Choose the desired date and time for the broadcast.
Step 4: Publish the scheduled broadcast
Click Publish broadcast. Your campaign will be automatically sent at the scheduled time.
