Use this guide after sending an RCS campaign. Reviewing your analytics helps you measure campaign success, understand message delivery rates, and improve future campaigns.
Instructions
Follow these steps to view and export your RCS campaign overview.
Step 1: Navigate to campaign analytics
From the main dashboard, go to the Campaign tab in the menu and select Campaign Overview.
Step 2: Select the RCS tab
Click the RCS tab to view analytics specific to your RCS campaigns.
Step 3: Review the overview
In the overview section, you’ll see a summary of Sent, Delivered, and Failed messages for the selected date range.
Step 4: Filter by date
Use the date range picker to view analytics for a specific period - such as Last 7 days or a custom range.
Step 5: Analyze the campaign list
The campaign list displays all RCS campaigns sent within the selected period.
For each campaign, you can view:
The number of messages Sent
The Delivered percentage
The Failed percentage
Step 6: Export analytics for a single campaign
To download analytics for a specific campaign:
Go to Campaign Overview, select the respective campaign.
Click the Export button under the Actions column.
A CSV report will download with detailed status information for each recipient.
Step 7: Export overall analytics
To download analytics for all campaigns within the selected date range:
Click the main Export button at the top of the page.
This generates a summary report for all campaigns in that period.

General Questions
1. What information is included in the Campaign analytic's exported CSV file?
The exported report contains detailed information for each message, including:
Recipient’s phone number
Message status (e.g., FAILED, SENT)
Failure reason (if applicable)
Channel used (RCS)
Timestamps
2. Why are some of my messages failing?
The StatusDesc Reason column in the CSV explains why a message failed. Common reasons include:
No matching user found
HTTP request failed
Account not provisioned
3. How often are the analytics updated?
Analytics are updated in near real time. You may need to refresh the page to view the latest status of a recently sent campaign.
