Summary
Call Recording is now available on the Wati mobile app, bringing the same recording experience from the web portal to your phone or tablet.
You can automatically record calls, start recording manually during a call, and pause or resume recording when needed. When enabled, recordings can also be transcribed and summarized.
Your call records sync between the mobile app and web portal, so recordings, transcripts, and summaries are available across both platforms.
