Changing the Language in WATI
You can update the language settings at two levels:
For Your Account – Changes only your personal WATI interface.
For the Entire Organization – Applies the language change to all users in your organization.
Changing Language for an Individual Account
Follow these steps to update your language preference:
Click on your avatar/profile icon in the top-right corner of the WATI dashboard.
A right-side panel will open. Locate the Language dropdown menu.
Select one of the available languages (English, Chinese, Spanish, or Portuguese) or choose Default.
Note: Selecting Default will apply the organization's default language setting to your account.
Your selected language will be applied immediately.
Changing Language for the Organization
If you are an admin and want to change the language for the entire organization, follow these steps:
Click on your avatar/profile icon in the top-right corner of the WATI dashboard.
In the right panel, click on Change Info.
Navigate to the General submenu in settings.
Find the Language section with a dropdown menu.
Select your preferred language from the available options.
Click on the Save button in the bottom-right corner to apply changes.
