Instructions

Our campaign management system allows you to search for campaigns by name, sort them by latest or oldest date, and filter them based on their status. In this article, we'll explore how to use these features to find the information you need quickly and easily.

Searching for Campaigns

To search for a campaign, simply enter its name in the search textbox. The system will return a list of matching campaigns, which can be sorted by date or filtered by status.

Sorting and Filtering

You can sort campaigns by their latest or oldest date, making it easier to find the most recent or oldest items first. Additionally, you can filter campaigns by their status, allowing you to view only pending, processing, completed, or stopped campaigns.

Click the Filter button and select the campaign status you want to view:

  • PENDING – Campaigns that are queued and waiting to be sent.

  • PROCESSING – Campaigns that are currently being sent.

  • COMPLETED – Campaigns that have been successfully sent.

  • STOPPED – Campaigns that were interrupted before completion. This helps you quickly track and manage your campaigns with ease.
