Instructions
Identifying CTWA Conversations
Note: Identifying CTWA conversations in Wati Team Inbox is available on all Wati plans.
You can see which users have engaged with your Click-to-WhatsApp ads directly from the Wati Team Inbox.
Steps to Identify CTWA Conversations:
Open Wati Team Inbox.
Look for the CTWA notification in the chat listing section.
This notification indicates that the contact has interacted with your CTWA ad.
💡 Tip: You can segment and filter CTWA customers by selecting the CTWA option in the Team Inbox.
Tracking CTWA Contact Attributes
When a user interacts with a CTWA ad, two contact attributes are automatically created:
source_id
– Contains the Ad ID.source_url
– Contains the Ad URL. If you run multiple CTWA ad campaigns, these attributes help you determine which specific ad a customer interacted with.
Viewing CTWA Insights
Note: The CTWA Insights feature is available on the Business plan. Additionally, it is also available as an add-on Growth and Pro plans.
You can access detailed CTWA insights from the Dashboard.
Steps to View CTWA Insights:
Go to Dashboard > CTWA.
Here, you'll find:
The number of contacts who clicked on your ad.
An option to export this data for future marketing campaigns.
The number of carts received (if you're using the catalog feature on Wati). By analyzing these insights, you can optimize your future ad campaigns and improve customer engagement.
