Important Things to Know About Your Trial
To ensure you have the best experience and understand how the trial works, please keep these points in mind:
Billing Continuity: If you are currently on a paid Wati plan, your existing billing cycle will continue as usual. The free trial for the higher plan runs in parallel.
Feature Usage: When you use features that are available on both your current plan and the trial plan, your current plan's usage limits will be consumed first. Once those are exhausted, the trial plan's higher limits will become active.
Data After Trial:
Any data created using features or limits exclusive to the trial plan (that are beyond your existing plan's capabilities) will be deleted once the 14-day trial ends, unless you upgrade to the higher plan.
However, any data created within the limits of your existing billing plan will remain safe and will not be deleted.
Canceling Your Upgrade: You can decide to upgrade to the higher plan at any time during or after your trial. If you activate the upgrade, you can choose to upgrade/downgrade the plan if you change your mind.
Follow these steps to switch back to the old plan
Go to Account Details.
Go to Try a Higher Plan under Billing Information.
Under your plan details, you will see an option to Cancel Trial. Click this button and follow the prompts.
We hope you enjoy exploring the full potential of Wati with your free trial!
