Monthly Chatbot Sessions refer to the number of times your chatbot (or automated workflows) can be triggered within a billing month. How Chatbot Sessions Are Counted:
A chatbot session is counted each time your chatbot is triggered—whether by a customer inquiry, an automated workflow, or an internal action within your WATI account.
The session count resets at the beginning of every billing cycle.
Each new chatbot interaction is considered a separate session, regardless of the number of messages exchanged.
To monitor your usage and ensure smooth automation, track your chatbot session count in your WATI account. If you frequently exceed the limit, consider upgrading your plan.
2. Chatbot Add-On
If your current plan does not include enough chatbots, you can purchase additional chatbot capacity. Pricing:
$100 per month for up to 100 additional chatbots
Available for Growth, Pro, and Business plans
3. Keyword Actions Add-On
If you need more Keyword Actions than what your plan offers, you can expand your capacity with this add-on. Pricing:
$100 per month for up to 100 additional Keyword Actions
