Add-On Pricing Instructions

1. Monthly Chatbot Sessions

Monthly Chatbot Sessions refer to the number of times your chatbot (or automated workflows) can be triggered within a billing month. How Chatbot Sessions Are Counted:

  • A chatbot session is counted each time your chatbot is triggered—whether by a customer inquiry, an automated workflow, or an internal action within your WATI account.

  • The session count resets at the beginning of every billing cycle.

  • Each new chatbot interaction is considered a separate session, regardless of the number of messages exchanged.

  • To monitor your usage and ensure smooth automation, track your chatbot session count in your WATI account. If you frequently exceed the limit, consider upgrading your plan.

2. Chatbot Add-On

If your current plan does not include enough chatbots, you can purchase additional chatbot capacity. Pricing:

  • $100 per month for up to 100 additional chatbots

  • Available for Growth, Pro, and Business plans

3. Keyword Actions Add-On

  • $100 per month for up to 100 additional Keyword Actions

  • Available for Growth, Pro, and Business plans

  • $100 per month for up to 500 additional teams

7. Custom Domain

A custom domain allows you to personalize your WATI account URL (e.g., yourbrandname.wati.io instead of the default live-xxxx.wati.io). How to Request:

  • Business Plan: Included at no additional cost

  • Growth & Pro Plans: One-time fee of $50

8. Dedicated Server

A Dedicated Hosting service ensures improved performance, security, and customization by allocating dedicated resources to your account. Pricing:

  • $1,000 per month (billed annually)

  • Available only for Business Plan users

9. Automation Triggers Add-On

Automation Triggers are predefined conditions that, when met, initiate an automated action within your system.

How Automation Triggers Work

Automation triggers follow three key steps:

  1. Condition is met - System monitors for predefined conditions (e.g., keyword match, user action)

  2. Automation executes - Triggers actions (messages, record updates, notifications)

  3. Usage tracked - Each trigger counts toward monthly limits

Important Note: A single trigger activating multiple actions (e.g., a chatbot with multiple nodes) counts as one automation trigger.
