Click on the Wallet icon in your account dashboard.
Select Credit Usage History from the menu.
Date Selection
The credit data is organized into three sections: Raw Data, Daily View, and Monthly View. You can choose a custom time period for analysis using the Date Picker.
Data Range: The available data covers the past six months.
Raw Data: You can view up-to-date information for credit consumption, with details available up until the current day.
Daily and Monthly Views: These views display data for the previous day at most. The date range is based on UTC time, so it may not match your local time zone.
Raw Data
The Raw Data section provides detailed, unaggregated records for each credit transaction. Here’s the information included for each transaction:
Timestamp: The exact time (in UTC) when the credit was consumed.
Credit Amount: The number of credits used.
Destination Country: The country to which the conversation was sent.
Conversation Type: The type of conversation that used the credits, such as Authentication, Service, Marketing, or Utility.
Daily View
In the Daily View, the data is aggregated by day, showing the total credit consumption for each day. It breaks down usage by conversation type, making it easy to see your daily credit spending patterns.
Monthly View
The Monthly View provides a high-level overview of your credit usage throughout the month. It aggregates credit consumption by day and categorizes it by conversation type, helping you spot trends and plan your budget more effectively.
User Roles and Access
