1. Enable the Catalog Feature in WATI

You will be redirected to the Catalog Setup page, where you can complete the steps to enable the catalog feature.
2. Create a Catalog in Facebook Commerce Manager
Before using catalogs in WATI, you need to create one in Facebook Commerce Manager. There are two ways to do this:

Important for businesses in India: If you sell products in India, some specific mandatory fields and specifications must be included in your catalog.
3. Connect Your Catalog to WhatsApp Business Account
Once your catalog is created, you need to link it to your WhatsApp Business Account:
Go to Business Settings in Facebook Commerce Manager.
Select WhatsApp Account under the business settings.
Choose your WhatsApp account and click on Settings.
In the left panel, select Catalog.
From the dropdown menu, select the catalog you want to connect to your WhatsApp Business account.
Click Submit.
4. Assign WATI as a Catalog Partner
To allow WATI to manage your catalog, follow these steps:
Go to Business Settings in Facebook Business Manager.
In the left menu, under Data Sources, select Catalogs.
From the list on the right, select your Catalog.
Click Assign Partner.
