How to Add or Update Wati's Payment Method

This guide walks you through the process of adding or changing your payment method in the WATI Billing Portal. Only Administrators and Billing Managers have access to the Billing Portal. If you’re an administrator and cannot see the "Billing" option, contact us for assistance.

Steps to Add a New Payment Method

1. Log in to Your Account

  • Make sure you’re logged in with an Administrator or Billing Manager access.

2. Navigate to Billing Details

  • Click on More in the main menu.

  • Select Account Details.

  • Under Billing Information, click on Billing Details.

3. Edit Payment Information

  • In the Billing Details section, click on the Edit button.

  • Click on Add New to add a new payment method.

4. Enter Payment Details

  • For Credit/Debit Cards:

    • Enter your card details in the fields provided.

  • For PayPal:

    • Click on the PayPal tab and follow the instructions to link your PayPal account.

5. Set as Primary Payment Method

  • Once the new payment method is added, click Set as Primary to make it the default payment method for future transactions.

Steps to Change an Existing Payment Method

If you wish to update or modify your current payment method, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Your Account

  • Ensure you are logged in with an Administrator or Billing Manager access.

2. Navigate to Billing Details

  • Click on More in the main menu.

  • Select Account Details.

  • Under Billing Information, click on Billing Details.

  • Click on the Edit button in the Billing Details section.

  • Locate your current payment method (e.g., your existing card).

  • To update your credit/debit card details:

    1. Click Edit Payment Method next to your current card.

    2. Enter your updated card details.

  • To switch to PayPal:

    1. Click on the PayPal tab.

    2. Follow the steps to set up PayPal as your payment method.

General Questions

1. Can I access the Billing Portal?

→ Only Administrators or Billing Managers have access to the Billing Portal. If you are unable to see the "Billing" option, contact our support team.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

→ We currently accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal (available only for USD transactions)

3. Can I use PayPal for payments in INR?

→ No, PayPal is only available for USD transactions. For INR, you can use a credit or debit card.
